Stop Throwing Shade on Yourself.

If your inner monologue sounds something like…

“Great job, dumbass.”

“Ugh, why are you so stupid?”

“Can’t you do anything right?!”

…I’m going to loving invite you to cut that sh*t out ASAP. Here’s why…

Negative self talk is one of the most vicious forms of self-sabotage. When you get down on yourself, you lose momentum, you stop taking action, and ultimately, you give up.

Positive self talk, on the other hand, has a magical way of propelling you forward toward your goals and desires. It creates a positive self-concept (“I am a capable person” vs “I’m a dumbass”), and inspires you to take action in your life.

It’s like Henry Ford said, “whether you think you can, or you think you can’t - you’re right.”

Which side of that quote do you want to fall on?
