Alas, that technology does not exist, so you’ll have to settle for me calling out your gremlins and helping you learn how to work with them.

“I’m not good enough”
“I’m not doing enough”
“I don’t deserve that”
Trust me, your gremlins are just trying to hold you back from your awesomeness. They are your brain’s way of trying to keep you safe. Your brain is terrified of change. Change is not safe. Change means uncertainty, and your brain equates uncertainty with danger.

Those are your gremlins.
