Find what works for you.

I don’t mean to throw early risers under the bus. They’ve clearly found what works for them. And that’s the point:

It works for THEM…

…but that doesn’t mean it works for everyone.

We all have to find our own daily rhythm that fits with the season of life we’re in right now.

When my son was a newborn I was often up at 5am for feedings. Later on it blessedly became 7am. Now I choose to get up before my son so that I can have some quiet time to ease more gently into the morning.

That’s just what works for me. I discovered it through trial and error, and so can you!

Are you a night owl? An early bird? As long as it’s working for you, either feathered friend will do!
