In my opinion, it’s ALWAYS a good idea to be gentle with yourself ESPECIALLY if you’re making deliberate change in your life.

💖Practice self love and self compassion.
💖Release ALL self judgment if you “slip up.”
Okay, so you fell back into an old pattern. I say, NBD, let it go, and just start again. 🤷🏼♀️
But what I say doesn’t matter. It’s what YOU say that counts.

If YOU decide that a slip up is the absolute END OF THE WORLD and it means YOU’RE A HORRIBLE, WORTHLESS HUMAN, well, I’m guessing your motivation and commitment to making this change just hit an all time low. 😔
If, on the other hand, you decide a slip up is just a normal part of any change making process, then that’s all it is. It doesn’t mean anything about you other than that you’re human. Treating yourself with compassion and forgiveness will make it much easier to pick back up again and carry on with the process. 🤗
